Job Summary

Meta Frolic Labs is seeking a skilled and results-driven Technical SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing website performance, improving search engine visibility, and implementing technical SEO best practices to drive organic growth. You will work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to resolve technical issues, enhance website architecture, and ensure websites meet the latest SEO standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for search engine optimization, and the ability to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement recommendations
• Optimize website architecture, crawlability, and indexability
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and website performance
• Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and schema markup
• Perform keyword research and support on-page SEO optimization
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
• Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement SEO best practices
• Analyze SEO performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Technical SEO
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and search engine algorithms
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture is a plus
• Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals and website speed
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
