Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Experience creating BRDs, FSDs, BSDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, UAT, and QA processes is a plus
